- Extra trash can $6.00 per month

- Sewer $5.90 per 1k gallons
**As required by Ordinance 385 of the Diamond City Code an approved backflow prevention assembly shall be installed on each sevice line to a consumer's water system serving premises where, in the judgement of the water purveyor or the Missouri Dept. of Natural Resources, actual or potential hazards to the potable water system exist. The type and degree of protection required shall be commensurate with the degree of hazard. See code for further information.
Utility bills are due in full the first day of the mouth. Bills are considered late on the 16th of each month. Shut-offs will occur on or about the 20th of each month. If meter is shut-off or scheduled to be shutoff that day due to non-payment a $25 reconnect fee will be assessed and the bill must be paid in full before service will resume. It is illegal to furnish false information on this application. By signing below, you are stating that everything is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and that you understand the conditions and terms of this agreement. False statements are punishable by law.
The applicant agrees to pay reasonable expenses of collection including attorney's fees and court costs should it become necessary to use such measures to collect the charges made to Applicant/Co-Applicant's account.
